My request is - I want the use-case to be able to provide a link with a name for the dashboard. Example - a link to Microsoft forms, websites, etc. and also be permission based, where specific users/groups can see the links, just like the apps.

Support has been great helping this noob setting up email. For Namesilo users, here are some brief settings for the DNS records when setting up email. Note to change to your correct values.

MX record:
Hostname: @
Target Hostname: my.domain.com

DKIM (TXT record):
Hostname: cloudron._domainkey
Target Hostname: everything in Expected value: v=...; t=...; p=...

SPF (TXT record):
Hostname: @
Target Hostname: everything in Expected value: v=...; a:my.domain.com ~all

DMARC (TXT record):
Hostname: _dmarc
Target Hostname: everything in Expected value: v=...; p=...; pct=...;
