Was caused by issue described in https://code.castopod.org/adaures/castopod/-/issues/408; mentioned workaround was successful.

@girish I'm running into the same issue trying to upgrade from 1.6.0 to any newer version, even just 1.6.1. I am using the docker images. Did you manage to get anymore insight into this?
