Pretty much all my sites have MainWP Child, All-in-One WP Migration, Instant Images, Media Cloud, and Fonts Plugin. And sometimes Blogo.
EDIT: Bogo, a translation plugin. Blogo was one of my fav blogging apps on the Mac way back when.
