It does have some weird glitches when moving mails and when you first click on a folder it can take quite a long time for mails to be loaded. Selecting individual mails takes longer to display them compared to Roundcube. I think one of the main tasks for a mail client is for it to be quick and easy to use.

    @vadim What I means is that you have to start from the latest elastic skin and then make whatever changes you made previously on top of the latest skin. Is your skin heavily customized? If so, it might be harder. Unfortunately, I have no experience how to manage roundcube skin changes.

    @humptydumpty yeah, I suspect it's roundcube hiding the To address for some reason. Maybe worth reporting upstream with the full email headers.

Roundcube itseful internally uses php/apache. Did you see anything else in the nginx logs around this?

    Sorry for the delay in response. Yes, this functioned as needed! Thank you, Sir @girish. Admittedly it took quite some time for me to get the time needed to sit down and "from scratch" it, so to speak. In the end, I'm likely going to make use of NextCloud's Email Client since internally we took a vote. NextCloud's email combined with that Calendar won out (despite my personal feelings regarding the added maintenance (black box-ish-ness) complexity and the "speed" (or lack there of) of their client). Girish, thank you. In the end, your advice was solid. Entirely worked as needed. And it was only then that we, as a company, could make a final call to go a different direction for an email client.     @girish Thanks! Interestingly, none of the "keyboard_shortcuts" plugins (see https://github.com/corbosman/keyboard_shortcuts/network/members) work anymore. All other plugins are fine - but if I activate this one, Roundcube doesn't load anymore. I had last used https://github.com/texxasrulez/roundcube-plugin-keyboard_shortcuts EDIT: https://github.com/random-cuber/hotkeys doesn't work either.

    @girish Indeed, it's the CardDav plugin (https://github.com/mstilkerich/rcmcarddav) - which is a real problem because what good is an email client without an address book? It shows again to avoid apps that rely too much on a plugin system (i.e. Nextcloud). Core functionalities need to be built in and supported. EDIT: I had installed the plugin by pulling the current repo to the plugins folder - looks like this does not work anymore. Manually installing the CardDav plugin via the release tarball works. This is solved.
