I guess this is a ask for the upstream developers? https://github.com/hostnetbr/mautic-googleauthenticator/tree/master/HostnetAuthBundle hasn't been updated for a while and since the Mautic 3 plugin API changed, that plugin won't work without further development.

@michaelmm7 I am still working on the update. I managed to get mautic updated to 3.1.0 but the LDAP plugin is still being fixed at https://github.com/Monogramm/MauticLdapAuthBundle/pull/14

You may have to contact Mautic or Zoho support for this. All logs reported should appear in the logviewer, which is reachable from your Cloudron dashboard for the Mautic instance.
