Well, it's not unique.
It's very similar to other Reddit-like link aggregators such as Lemmy (note: some people have ethical issues with the founder see e.g. https://medic.cafe/@mikka/110623109627073961 ) and Mbin and brutalinks.
But it does seem like quite a nice one. And it claims it have nice simple clean code
But the USP for Cloudron is that we currently don't have any such software available in the app store
