@robi Sorry – can you provide a little more detail about how exactly to do this? I've never had to do this process with Cloudron and I'm not sure how, although I could figure it out if you pointed me in the right direction. Thank you!

@jordankrueger if you're having the same problem as I did, do this:
Open up the web console for the app, then click the database button at the top to paste in the connection string, press Enter to run the command, then type or paste in the command above to activate your account.
Ctrl-D a few times to exit or just close the tab.
