    Hi Cloudron Support,

I’m on a Pro plan and have enabled Remote Support (SSH token can be sent privately).

Problem 1 – WordPress dashboard is gone

    • /wp-admin shows a blank / 502 page – I can’t log in at all.
    • It looks as if the WordPress install or database tables were partly deleted.
    • I need the site and all plugins restored exactly as they were, with normal admin access.

Problem 2 – import my previous site

    • I already have the full backup (files.tar.gz + dump.sql).
    • They are uploaded in /app/data/public but the site doesn’t appear online.
    • Please import this backup (or tell me where to place it) so the site becomes visible.

I’m not comfortable running CLI fixes myself.
    Could you please:

    1. Connect via Remote Support, fix the WordPress instance and dashboard access.
    2. Import the provided backup so the website (and its plugins) shows up normally.

I will send, by private message only, the following:
    • Cloudron version & ID
    • Domain / app ID
    • SSH token
    • Download link to the backup and full logs

Thank you very much for handling this.

Do you have Cloudron backups of this? If so, just restore them:

That isn't surprising. Cloudron is great, but it can't work miracles and magically import that.

Do you still have access to the old WordPress you want to import? I've used this plugin successfully in the past to migrate WordPress sites to Cloudron https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

Great, but this doesn't come with the level of support you seem to be expecting here. Saying that, support he is great, and we're a supportive community, so I'm sure you'll be able to sort it out, I just wouldn't expect the Cloudron team to sort it all out for you.

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner
