Wordpress Multisite Can't start after subsite domain change

Aug 14 20:54:10 Error: Site 'old.site.example.com/' not found. Verify
--url=<url>matches an existing site.I keep getting a line like this which seems to be stopping the whole thing from starting back up.
I imagine this is something in the database, but I can't access the database so...
how can this be fixed?I already started fresh once, and restored the sites I'm migrating to suburls but I need each on their own domain...

If you refer to the Wordpress Developer app package, then not too many changes have gone into the package to narrow the issue down https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/wordpress-developer-app/-/commits/master?ref_type=heads
Btw you can put an app in recovery mode from the Debug tab in the app configuration view to have the container started to access the database.
