Let's Encrypt renewal fail and error message External Error - Unable to detect IPv4...
-
My Let's Encrypt certificate has expired and I attempted to manually renew which also failed. Going through the forum, I found a user suggestion to change the location by going to the location setting and clicking Save. After doing this, the error message "External Error - Unable to detect IPv4. API server (ipv4.api.cloudron.io) unreachable" is displayed.
I am unable to access my website because of the expired certificate and I am not sure how to move forward to fix these two issues. This is the first time I have had an issue since the installation of this app.
The error for the failed certificate update: box:cert/acme2 Attempt 1 failed. Will retry: getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org
installed app: baserow
