Unable to load dashboard

Hello, I am a new Cloudron user and a Linux beginner. I love the solutions provided, however, I ran into a painful issue just on my second day and ask for your urgent help. I am unable to load my dashboard... Please see the screen shots attached! Thank you.

Hi. How can you remove the screenshot of the error when connecting to the site. The name of your domain is given. I checked with myself to see if I could connect and the result is that I was able to connect to the dashboard without any problem. Try disabling the proxy if you have it enabled for "we" and clearing the DNS cache on the systems where you are trying to connect.

Everything is working again! Thank you! My VPS provider support team said there was no DNS cache and that they simply restarted the service & that was it…they are also reactivating IPV6 that was previously deactivated for troubleshooting purposes.

Unfortunately I am still having issues with my subdomains like roundcube.example.com & nextcloud.example.com - any ideas on how to solve this? monica.example.com and piwigo.example.com are working fine..

And guess what? Now all the sites like roundcube, nextcloud, mattermost.example.com are working again - I didn't change anything....We can now close this ticket. Thank you everyone.
