User-added checklist

I'd like to be able to add a flag/!/notice icon to apps similar to the one you see when you install a new app and it has a checklist (e.g. change default password). Also, some kind of symbol to show that there's an admin note attached to this app. Now that I think about it, if we can add our own checklist, then the flag will be visible
In any case, whatever the staff deem easiest/best for them!Edit: ability for users to add their own checklist (actual toggles, not just a bulleted list).
