Moderating Matrix, and Mjolnir / Draupnir

Matrix can be quite puzzling, and I've just now made another effort to understand it better.
In particular, I'd like to be able to moderate a space hosted on Cloudron better - I want to manage users access and room privileges, visibilty etc.
But this appears to be entirely a room-by-room setting. I'm admin of my space, but I can't admin the rooms in it, if I didn't create them, or an existing admin granted me admin powers. This seems to be because a space is just a kind of room, and being admin of a space does not give you any special privileges over the rooms in it. (Rooms, including spaces, can be members of multiple spaces.)
The main solution to that, it appears, is to run an admin bot in all of the rooms you want to manage - IRC-style. According to Matrix's documentation here this bot is called Mjolnir. And you need to either pay someone to run it, or self-host it. It then says, "We're aware this situation is suboptimal and are working on a service so people get can mjolnir bots much more easily."
Except! I then read in this other Matrix documentation that Mjolnir is deprecated, in favour of another bot called Draupnir...
But either way - I can find scarce mention of these bots, no public services. And there's no mentions in the Cloudron forum so far, yet alone the app store.
This makes me wonder:
- Is adding one of these this on the roadmap for Cloudron? (I'd infer not!)
- Could an Draupnir app be added? Or a custom one rolled out, straightforwardly?
- What do other (Cloudron) people do to manage their Matrix spaces?
