Can you update the documentation as well?

• DISALLOW_REGISTRATION is true by default now.
• ADMIN_EMAILS is removed.
• Admin panel is added, so this part is no longer true: "Note that there is no separate admin section..."
• DEFAULT_MAX_STATS_PER_LINK is removed, there's no limit anymore.

Hello guys, please change kutt.it to kutt.to. The original domain was seized and transferred by the Italian TLD registrar so I had to get a new one. That's very unfortunate but there was nothing I could do. You may want to update your Kutt instance to the latest version as well. Cheers
