    The APP Infoscreen says:
    "FreeScout is the super lightweight free open source help desk and shared inbox written in PHP7"
    I would suggest to remove the "written in PHP7". I got a shock, when read this and instantly looked, and they support also PHP8.4… These old informations would be good to get removed. I guess it is not important, which version or technology this runs, but it should at least be not dated/old Informations. This make it look really old and in my opinion not installable, if it really would be php7…
