    Hi

I have gotten a special case where I need to document activity in the app, but logs does not show visitor details, ip/date/time/address etc, and the app log only show non-related entries a couple of days back. Is there a full app log somewhere?

    Thanks

      Hello @stoccafisso
Could please describe more in details what you are trying to do?
Is this about Kutts own tracking of short links or about tracking who uses Kutt?

Yes, about who uses the various short links in Kutt. I know I have nginx access logs, but would like to document the app logs also.

And wonder if it is possible to have more detailed logging in the UI tracking, like ipaddress and timestamp of the visitors

That is something you will have to ask upstream https://github.com/thedevs-network/kutt

So the app does not store complete logs?

                Hello @stoccafisso
This is our user documentation for the Kutt app: https://docs.cloudron.io/packages/kutt
All configuration options are documented upstream: https://github.com/thedevs-network/kutt#configuration

Every Cloudron app stores logs, and you can view and download them with the Log Viewer

                  Thanks @james

I am aware of the view option in the apps. But my Kutt installation "Download "full" logs" only has entries from the last three days, not a full log. I have had this app installed for many weeks, "full" log should contain more entries. Please dont' get me wrong, I am not complaining, I am just pointing out some facts, and thus the reason why I made this support request.

I understand that there is no solution to this, so I just have to accept it. Thanks anyway for you trying to help.

Perhaps there's a way to insert the JS tracking script from Matomo so you get stats that way?
