Is it possible to have my Ghost blog on the root domain and not (also) on a sub domain?

I did try to set an empty redirect in the Ghost settings but that seems not to be the solution. My DNS is on DigitalOcean.

@andxclfor Yes, it's totally possibly to have any app anywhere you like. Don't try to change to location within Ghost settings though, change t the location in Cloudron in app config -> location

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

If I understand the intent correctly, then you can just leave the subdomain field empty to configure the app to run on the root domain.
On Cloudron you would basically never have to configure the domain within the app itself, but always through the Cloudron dashboard.
