When cloning from backup, allow ability to set redirections and aliases at same time

It'd be a big time saver to be able to set redirections at the same time as cloning from a backup. Right now, we have to clone to one sub domain only and then add in others after it's been setup which causes it to clean the old installation and need to be setup a second time. This adds a few minutes to each attempt to clone from backup when more than one subdomain is needed.
