Hi all, we have found a bug in the database migration script in cases where multiple apps were previously moved to the same external mount point. This results in unresponsive app after an app update. If you have such a setup, ideally disable automatic updates for a start and do not attempt to restore those apps in question nor reboot the server until we have come up with a fix. The root case is fixed with https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/box/-/commit/e818e5f7d593bc83e21bc9e844aa464522f45c05 however that alone will not fix already updated Cloudrons, so stay tuned. If you have hit this case already, send us an email to support@cloudron.io with details about your Cloudron and possibly enable remote SSH support for us to take a direct look.

My bad... The specific issue is: if you set the data directory of multiple apps to use the same external mount point, the migration fails. This has to also couple with the fact that those specific apps have to get an 'update'.

We have a 7.2.5 coming up which fixes the migration. For users on 7.2.4 already, nothing to panic, there is no data loss. Updating to 7.2.5 will fix the state of the apps.

7.2.5 is out with the fix for this.
