Permission denied

When trying to connect to my searx/searxng website on another computer on the same network it gives me "permission denied".
Using curl on local host correctly gives me the html. I've disabled firewall so I'm not sure why its giving me errors. xdg-open on localhost does not work.

Are you using the full domain name to access the app instance? Also is this the only app which has that issue? Further where exactly do you see "permission denied" is this a browser page showing this or the request response code?
