Koel not playing

When installing Koel it turns out that it can not play the audio files - regardless of the audioformat.

First I thought that it is problem with ffmpeg because it probably is not able to transcode. But it does not play mp3 as well.

Do you have an idea what could be the problem?

I also tried it on a fresh cloudron install but its not working..

not sure how Koel works there, but I would assume this is not related to Cloudron as such, but more to do with what your system/browser supports in the media tags?

As it turns out, the error occurs only when playing with Safari. In Chrome it works strangely enough.

The demo on Koel's website also works in Safari. (https://demo.koel.dev) Maybe it is because of the variable STREAMING_METHOD=php.

Is Koel shipped under Cloudron with Apache or Nginx? But I assume on this configuration I can not influence then? See here: https://docs.koel.dev/#streaming-music

@Paraviccini We use STREAMING_METHOD=php and also apache.

It works fine for me in Firefox/linux as well.
