Can no longer see anything in /admin/plugins after installing discourse-checklist plugin

And this issue persists after deleting the discourse-checklist folder and restarting the app
It looks like perhaps the issue is actually the chat-integration plugin (although that's odd because after installing that I could still see /admin/plugins/ fine, and access/ change settings of the chat-integration plugin).
It was only after installing the discourse-checklist that this issue (not being able to see any of my plugins in /admin/plugins/) occurred, but when inspecting the page I see all these errors related to the chat-integration:

I deleted the chat-integration plugin and reinstalled the checklist plugin and now I am able to see /admin/plugins again.
