Snipe-it ldap mail sync does't work.

Hello,
syncing users from LDAP. Everything is ok except missing email. ldap's field name is mail. checked traffic between ldap server and snipeit with tcpdump, but email is not included in ldap answer. Any ideas what can be wrong ?

It does seem to pick the email from LDAP as far as I can tell on a fresh instance at least. Can you try to install a fresh one to see if you can reproduce this?

For reference, the LDAP integration is happening with https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/snipeit-app/-/blob/master/CloudronLdap.php

Also, just to double check. Are you using Cloudron to install Snipe-IT ?

@girish no i'm not using cauldron. Instance was upgraded from 4.9.4. But email ldap sync also didn't work before upgrade.

@zyriusa This is actually the Cloudron forum . Cloudron is a platform for installing apps like Snipe-IT (we have 100s of apps). You will have to ask snipe-it support for any app related questions or deployment on other platforms.
