Where can I find Release Notes for individual apps?

Specifically the "Unmanaged Wordpress" app. I just noticed today that V1.6.0 of that Cloudron app was updated today and it comes with "Redis support" which is pretty great and pretty useful. But if I hadn't have seen the update and it had automatically updated, where can I find the release history / notes for this app. I checked the App Store but it just shows a description of the app and what it's latest version is / was.
