Help getting Cloudron Minio working with WordPress backup plugins (BackWPup or UpdraftPlus)

Has anyone been able to get Cloudron Minio working with WordPress backup plugins (BackWPup or UpdraftPlus)
I've tried so many different ways of trying to get either one of them to work but it just doesn't. Meanwhile getting them to work with Scaleway Object Storage was easy.
If anyone here has managed to get it working some guidance would be warmly received

It's strange how so often after getting so desperate I reach out and ask someone as question about how to do something, I finally manage to do it myself anyway!
Like, this really does happen quite a lot to me. It's like the process of reaching out for help/ asking someone else somehow activates part of me brain that hadn't previously fired up, or something
Anyways, I wasn't sure if I'd tried checking this box... so I checked it - and now it's working!
But that does leave me wondering: is minio really able to do path style buckets and not virtual host style? Because I was under the impression that path-style is the old way

It seems it should be possible to get Minio to accept virtual host style buckets by adding
MINIO_DOMAIN=minio.example.netto env.sh - so out of interest I tried that, but it still doesn't work.@staff are you able to get Cloudron Minio to work with virtual host style buckets?
