There was a segmentation fault. Not sure why, can you just try uninstalling and reintsalling?

Someone could test to install to determine if the problem it's just for me ?

I wasn't able to reproduce this. Is it possible that the server may run out of memory or disk space? Is there anything in the hosts system logs at journalctl --system -f while starting the app?

@q__nt_n Is it only this app or other apps too? I wonder if this is somehow cpu related. Which VPS provider are you using? You can also check dmesg output along with what @nebulon said

I got VPS M from contabo : https://contabo.com/en/vps/

I got space disk :

Very strange yes. Unlikely but maybe the downloaded image has some bitflip or so. Can you uninstall the app again and then purge images explicilty with docker image prune -a afterwards try a new app install again.

It's mandatory to set env variables ? isn't it done automatically?

No env variable are required to be set. The start.sh script will do so. For the issue I am afraid I guess we have to take a direct look. If you want this please send us a support ticket via the support view in your dashboard and tick the remote SSH support checkbox.

Good news,
After restart some apps, I got the same problem on another apps
So I decided to upgrade my server and reboot it.
All apps works now !

However, I had created a support request before finding the solution
It can be deleted.
