So, is port 25 blocked outbound in your system?
@necrevistonnezr i contact with support and they unblock port 25 , now there is no error but still i facing disconnect server every day

Both issues may not actually be related.
Do you have more context about the guacamole issue? Can you reconnect?
@nebulon WHEN i restarted vps it working for only 15- 17 hours after that's it goes to disconnect again so i repeat the restarting again and again . i don't know where is the error exactly .

Also can you be more specific where you see this in guacamole and if ther are any errors on the server side of the app?

@nebulon no error not resolved, the error due to update to next version

Is anyone else experiencing this? I am not able to reproduce that, but maybe this only happens after some time. Have you looked into the issue tracker of guacamole itself? Without any more specific error reports this is all a bit too generic to help.

Just to double check, does this work in a previous version of guacmole? Is this a problem only with the new version? What kind of connection is this (RDP, SSH , etc) ? If you can give us a full list of steps to reproduce, we can try. Otherwise, it's really hard to know what the issue is. You can also check with guacamole support - https://guacamole.apache.org/support/

My users are also facing overwhelming disconnections on screen bottom right a smal popup come saying netwrok unstable this increase recently after last update of cloudron also the subdomain is proxy via cloudflare. My users connect rdp protocol with minimum settings in connection and connect to Windows vms in same intranet.
