I'm currently on the lookout for a self-hosted collaborative email client that offers functionality similar to services like Spark, but with the added control and privacy of self-hosting.

Does anyone have experience with such solutions that they could recommend? I'm interested in features such as shared inboxes, email scheduling, and team collaboration tools.

About team collaboration tools, it does mean that person should be able to comment an email (without interacting with his text) or edit a shared email.

Any advice or suggestions from those who have navigated this landscape would be incredibly helpful.

    Thank's a lot

I'm not sure if they have all the features that you're interested in but Chatwoot and Freescout on Cloudron might fit the bill.

I've used Missive quite a bit, it's not open source or self-hosted, but is a pretty good service.

@lucidfox Thank you very much, I will go and see the recommended apps immediately.

As for Missive, I have serious doubts about privacy and data management, furthermore it seems that there is confusion with pricing: they continue to increase prices, even for existing customers. Anyway, I'll go take a deeper look at it as soon as I can.
