    Hello Cloudron Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with accessing my mailbox configured on Cloudron through the Webmail application. When attempting to log in, I encounter an error message stating "Folders error: Error."

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.

      Hi Nebulon,

I wanted to let you know that I have installed Thunderbird and am currently synchronizing my mailbox. So far, I haven't encountered any issues, and I will inform you if anything arises.

Additionally, I would like to inquire if there is a storage limit for mailboxes on Cloudron, as I currently have around 500,000 emails in my mailbox, which serve as a backup for client communications.

      Thank you for your assistance.

      Best regards,

Have you tried other email clients already? Just to narrow down the issue. Like roundcube and maybe also a client like Thunderbird or so from your PC.

There is no artificial limit or so. It depends on the resources your server has and here on the capacity and maybe speed of the filesystem.
