Hi,
Here's my problem: I had planned to take the monthly subscription (at least for now) of Cloudron but I was so quick than I didn't pay attention and bought the yearly plan. My bank didn't asked any question and just accepted the transaction without asking if it was okay for me.
But well, I need this money for the month so I can't afford to pay right now the yearly plan of the product. That's why I'm asking for a refund.
I already sent a mail at sales@cloudron.io because I saw this mail in some other posts but idk if I need to send it elsewhere.
