Yes, it would be very helpful to see Decap as its very simple to use.

Actually, when I remember checking Sakai last, it actually was almost last millenium, and at the time was too bleeding edge to be used! I had hopes for it, and thought it must by now still be a great candidate. (It ticked all the boxes way back then, almost.) I will have to look at some of these LMSs again sometime soon, but there is a lot more to do!
