login page won't load on v1.10.11 & v1.10.12

I tried loggin in today and the login page was a blank white page. I was on v1.10.11. I checked for an update earlier and noticed there's v1.10.12 and installed it but issue persisted. Funnily, the client portal area loads fine. I reverted to v1.10.10 and everything is working again. Can anyone else reproduce this? Is it a packaging or upstream issue? Thanks!

I don't use Invoice Ninja (I've been with Free Agent for years and am pretty happy), but since I'm waiting for some video encoding stuff to finish on my machine I figured I'd do a fresh install to investigate.
The login page seems to load fine on a fresh install of 1.10.13 (the current Cloudron package which is Invoice Ninja 5.7.17):
Could it perhaps just be a browser caching issue or something?

@jdaviescoates I don't think it was a caching issue because I tried a private window and two different browsers with the same result.
@nebulon I'm on @1.10.14, and it's working fine now. I loaded the page while upgrading from .10 to .11., .12,.13, and it was working fine until I reached .13 this time and then the white page showed again. It went away on .14 though. Maybe it is a cache issue after all
