Hello, everyone! I have a straightforward question.

I've successfully configured Chatwoot with an S3 bucket (Minio), but for some reason, I want to switch back to local storage.

What happens to the images/files stored in the bucket when I disable it? Are they automatically replicated to local storage, or do we lose the images/files?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Julien

This is probably better asked upstream. I would assume no replication happens, but without looking at the internals or just trying it, its hard to tell.

This is the answer I've got from Github : https://github.com/chatwoot/chatwoot/issues/8228

This is expected. You would have to manually move everything to local storage. The system won't automatically copy everything over to the local machine.
