Sooo, how does one add users?
-
In my recently installed TS Server, I have been able to connect using an Android client. But, there doesn't seem to be a way to add more users from within that client. Is there a way on the Cloudron-side to add more users??? I've read on the TS site itself that there are options... but this Android client doesn't have those options, and the newest client for Mac is too new for what I have. That leaves the browser... is there a secret admin url I can access? Like teamspeak.example.com/add-user, etc.?

I think I answered my question: https://tserverhq.com/clients/knowledgebase/106/Managing-users-and-privilege-keys-in-TeamSpeak-3.html
But, any old internet denizen could find my server and "join", from the sounds of it. That doesn't seem appealing.

Access can be controlled by setting a password to the server. You can keep the server open to the public through the main channel (rename it to say, "lobby") and all other channels need elevated rights which you can assign to users of your choosing. BTW, TS isn't the easiest to set up. There's a reason why Discord got so popular

TS is going for the Twitch style streaming market. You set up a server and people can join. You can then administer people who are connecting.
