        Hello Nebulon,

The email is well received even if the icon might be improved:

        funny icon

        But the biggest issues are:

        • share feature is broken with a user, we can't see any file now in "Shared with you"
        • the created link looks wrong, it creates a file strating with "sid-78976896587" and the dowload is a raw file I do not know.

Thanks a lot for your support,
        katak

ah thanks for the feedback, those emails are hard to get right. Which email client are you using so I can test with that one as well?

Hello, Well it's working from another user to me but al the files I share (existing or uploading) are never seen or downloaded... strange right ? any debug log that I can share with you ?

EDIT: emails are perfectly working but the issue is that files are not shared in fact in spite of the statement, this is why the link in the email is not accepted

Alright, so two issues then, one the wrong image height rendering in your email client. For this I would still like to know which email client this is, so I can fix that up.

Second I am not sure I follow correctly. So there is a file, which has no extension and that is shared directly (not a file within a shared folder) and this is not downloaded, but maybe opened in the text editor?

                we are using outlook.

The main issue is that some files are not shared correctly depending on the users, they don't see files in their "shared with you" area.

The minor issue remaining is the icon size:

                  2023-11-27_15h34_57.png

Yes no big deal, just for the cosmetic... ^_^

                  Thanks

tried two different outlook versions (one shipping with win10 and the online version) and the online version looks good, the desktop version doesn't show the image at all....either way I have set an explicit height now for the next release, so lets see if that helps.
