Milestones to being stable?

What milestones on Cloudron does Outline need to meet before being listed as stable?

@superhua usually, we wait a couple of Outline releases to check if updates are working well. We also have to wait for tests to be written but in Outline's case this is already done. AFAIK, there are no outstanding bug reports in the package as well.

In love with this app so I really hope it makes it in to the Cloudron family.

I've marked the app as stable now with the latest package update.
