    We're running:

    App: Mattermost 8.0.1
    App ID: 28a131b4-39f5-4ebd-a6a0-5f7bebfbfe18
    Package Version: org.mattermost.cloudronapp@1.76.0
    Last Updated: 07/28/2023

    The latest package is 1.80.0 for Mattermost 9.3.0, and yet the Cloudron dashboard insists that no new updates are available. Automatic updates is enabled.

    Any ideas why we cannot upgrade? Thanks in advance.

      Which version is your Cloudron on? Also do you see the update if you click to manually check for updates?

        v7.4.3 (Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS)

          That should be fine for latest mattermost then. Is the update offered if you manually check? Maybe the update checker is stuck?

            It could be that unbound is down and maybe cloudron.io is not resolving. Can you check Services -> unbound ? Is it green ? I would also check /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log for any errors.

              When I click Check for Updates all I get is "No new updates available".

              Services Unbound is red. Wondering what that means?!

              Right then, found this: https://docs.cloudron.io/troubleshooting/#unbound

              We'll have a go following these instructions and report back soon as. Thank you.

                Well that all did the trick. Didn't need to SSH in, just hit restart on Unbound in Settings.
