Mattermost "no new updates available" when there is a new update

We're running:
App: Mattermost 8.0.1
App ID: 28a131b4-39f5-4ebd-a6a0-5f7bebfbfe18
Package Version: org.mattermost.cloudronapp@1.76.0
Last Updated: 07/28/2023The latest package is 1.80.0 for Mattermost 9.3.0, and yet the Cloudron dashboard insists that no new updates are available. Automatic updates is enabled.
Any ideas why we cannot upgrade? Thanks in advance.

v7.4.3 (Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS)

It could be that unbound is down and maybe cloudron.io is not resolving. Can you check Services -> unbound ? Is it green ? I would also check
/home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log
for any errors. -

When I click
Check for Updates
all I get is "No new updates available".Services Unbound is red. Wondering what that means?!

Well that all did the trick. Didn't need to SSH in, just hit restart on Unbound in Settings.
