Increase minimum RAM for NocoDB

I just installed it for the first time and it run out of memory before I'd even opened it at all!
Clearly the 500MB minimum is not enough.

From https://github.com/nocodb/nocodb/discussions/4151, it's only 256MB . Could it be related to your server?

Unlikely given I've got a dedicated server with 64GM RAM and seemingly never even use half of that.
