Seems like docker registry was erroring with 503 for some reason. Have you tried a bit later? Also to rule out more, can you run docker pull ubuntu on the server?

@nebulon docker pull ubuntu should be run before installation right? I will try in a few hours and let u know what happened

Actually docker pull ubuntu is just a test pulling a random common image. This is not required for Cloudron. I was just trying to rule out some issues.
