Help Needed: Unable to Create Cloudron Account or Login to App Store

I am new here and have just installed a Cloudron server. After completing the process, a screen appeared with the text: "No apps installed yet! How about installing some? Check out the App Store." When I click on the link, it opens another Cloudron.IO window that asks for my email and password. I enter my email and password, but it says the password is incorrect, even though I am using the same password as my account.
I read online that it might be necessary to create a new account, so I clicked on "Don't have an account yet? Sign up." On the page that opens, it asks for an email and a password; I enter my email, create a password (since using the Cloudron account password is not accepted), check the "I accept the Cloudron license" box, and click on "create account." However, the screen clears the data and the password field turns red, meaning the account is not created.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Can someone help me?

As you mention, you need a separate account for accessing the app library. Do you see any errors in the browser console?
Alternately you can also sign up first at https://console.cloudron.io/#/signup and then use that account to login via your Cloudron dashboard.
