External domains are not migrated properly in 2.0

There is a bit of a corner base bug where if you had an "external" domain in Cloudron 1.x, then enabling email in Cloudron 2.x will fail for that domain.
To fix the issue:
- Reedit and save the external domain.
- Run
docker restart mail
