recently installed guacamole through cloudron. but web address is unreachable
-
hi all, a little new here so please any help would be appreciated.
just installed guacamole onto my cloudron vm and it appears cloudron is working completely correctly but just guac web address seems to be unreachable. i have set it up with api for cloudflare so shouldnt have to do anything i dont believe. now it is erroring that ipv6 isnt detected. API server (ipv6.api.cloudron.io) unreachable. but still does not work with or without this being disabled, as this was the fix for other meembers i have seen in the forum. and im sure guac is running as cloudron is telling me. i can see it on the vm terminal and i also have access to the logs through cloudron.
have you guys got any troubleshooting steps to help me diagnose what could be wrong.
many thanks in advance guys -

Hi Joesph,thanks for your reply.
A) i believe that it is a dns issue. i am trying to configure my cloudflare subdomain to direct to the local ip as its currently using an ip i am unfamiliar with. but i cant figure out how to find what local ip it is on and using an ip scanner i can see the vm cloudron is running on but carnt see anything referencing guacamole. Incase image doesnt workB) I carnt find the local ip to use it without cloudflare?

Yes my.subdomain.com works perfectly. and yes i changed the cloudflare dns to the same local ip as the my,subdomain and it is now working. i thought guac would be running on a different ip address to the cloudron machine
