Since the update to 8.2.3
#/volumes
takes ages to load and one of mysshfs
volumes will not connect.I guess, possibly, because the exactly same Storage Box is already connected via
cifs
- but this didn't seem to be an issue pre 8.2Also, I couldn't help notice that click on the
remount volume
remounts all volumes, not just the volume in question - is that intentional?!?I decided to try deleting the old
cifs
mount in favour of the newsshfs
mount to see if thesshfs
mount will work again if the other one now longer exists but I got this:AFAIK the volume is NOT is use
I tried clicking
Remove
again anyway, but it didn't let me remove it -
@staff I really need to be able to listen to music and this is now driving me mad and so I've just enabled ssh support (actually had forgotten to disable it from last time ages ago
) and emailed support@ asking for help

Hah! I figured "perhaps I should try a reboot, see if that helps" at it did! Now it's mounted fine! Phew. Finally!
Unless you did something very quickly! (which is unlikely given how quickly after emailing support@ I tried the reboot)

AFAIK the volume is NOT is use
It WAS in use by AzuraCast - I'd forgotten about that! (because it doesn't really work properly/ very well)
So I tried deleting the mount from AzuraCast... but then it just wouldn't finish recreating the container (at least not in a timely manner - perhaps if I'd waited an age it would've compelted
- so I completely uninstalled the app - but I'm still getting
Volume is in use
when I try to remove the volume I want to use! Which I'm now pretty certain is NOT in use.In use where?!?

In use where?!?
Ah, it was randomly in use one of my Nextclouds - I don't remember doing that! I've got a vague memory of thinking about experimenting with a simlar set-up to what @avatar1024 has got with his music in his Nextcloud, so I guess it was then!
Still - is there any chance the
Volume is in use
message could be more informative? Either that or let me say "I don't care if it is use, remove it anyway"?So finally I was able to remove that old
cifs
music Volume! Hooray! But that doesn't seem to have helped the new
sshfs
successfully mount -

I'm seeing this:
Jan 12 20:29:00 box:shell mounts /usr/bin/sudo -S /home/yellowtent/box/src/scripts/rmmount.sh /mnt/volumes/7e3552acadbd4f6da8bdd17117c1afd2 Jan 12 20:29:01 box:shell mounts: systemd-escape -p /mnt/volumes/7e3552acadbd4f6da8bdd17117c1afd2 Jan 12 20:29:01 box:shell mounts: mountpoint -q -- /mnt/volumes/a4a434893f5b42308d5548419c793fcd
No idea if that gives any clues?
