Getting the same error. Nextcloud states:

    Failed to connect to the remote server: Server error: `GET https://office.domain.de/hosting/discovery` resulted in a `502 Bad Gateway` response: <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8" /> <meta name="viewport" content="user-scalable=no, initial- (truncated...)

If i call the URL in browser i also get the cloudron error page. Restarting the app doesn't change this behaviour.
the app log of collabora says:

If you can't reach the collabora page itself visting its domain, then the app is likely not healthy. Have you tried to restart it?

@nebulon yes. restarted it several times.
only https://office.domain.de/hosting/discovery throws the error - https://office.domain.de/ is working and cloudron states the app is healthy and responsive.

@jkammerer can you try re-install collabora altogether and check if the error persists? if so, we should debug further. you can safely re-install the collabora app, the app has no state of it's own.

@joseph reinstalling solved the issue. For now it runs normal.

I keep getting this error. i reinstall now für the third time. As we don't work with the online office on a regular basis, i can't tell how long it works before getting into this error.

Does opening https://office.domain.de/hosting/discovery on browser work ? Does your office network have dynamic IPs or any other networking setup we need to be aware of?

Is this possibly a similar/ related problem to this one? https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/13459/collabora-online-stops-working-after-restart-502-bad-gateway/

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

Most likely it is the same issue yes, there is a bug in the config file saving. Apparently saving that form produces a slightly off .xml file. Working on a fix...

(Same update as in the other thread.)

We've pushed a new app package. If collabora is broken in your case, just delete the file coolwsd.xml via the cloudron filemanager and restart the app. Then reconfigure if needed via its configure form.
