cannot uninstall custom app

Hello!
I have been working in custom app but it was error upon installation. I wanted to uninstall app however I could not do it. I have watched previous custom app forum step however I could not see 514 line same on my docker.js file. Could you please give me a step by step process to uninstall the error app.
