    Hi all,

I'm a n00b user of both Cloudron and YOURLS - I am thoroughly sick of paying for a commercial URL shortener for my online business, and that has been enough for me to take the plunge into starting to self-host some key pieces of infrastructure via Cloudron!

I have setup a cloudron via Vultr marketplace, where its spins up a complete ready to use Cloudron instance

I now want to import thousands of short URLs from my previous platform (Rebrandly) and import to YOURLS.

I have already exported from Rebrandly and prepared a CSV file that I hope should work using the YOURLS Import/Export plugin.

The CSV file has about 110k entries! not sure if that poses a particular challenge? I guess I might have to split this up into smaller chunks?

but my immediate challenge is that - I think - I need to manually move some files for Import/Export plugin into a YOURLS folder in Cloudron service - and I'm such a n00b I do not know how to do that!

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

@foxyloxy for installing plugins - https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/yourls/#plugins . I suggest giving yourls a lot more memory if you have trouble importing https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/#memory-limit

Thanks, @joseph , I have the plugin installed and activated

But now, when I try to upload my csv with short links, I get HTTP ERROR 500.

I've tried with the full file (11.3 MB) and also with an excerpt file (2 MB), but I get the same 500 error each time.

Is there something I need to do to enable file upload?

@foxyloxy I actually tested it with some 10 entries and it worked just like that. For a start, can you trim the CSV to say 10-20 entries and try importing? I think this will atleast rule out a bunch of issues.

Sorry Joseph - this turned out to be an error between chair and keyboard. I had an incorrectly formatted source .csv file, and have now got it sorted.

            Thank you for your help
