Webserver for Photogallery

Hey,
I want to host a Photogallery software (X3) instead on my hosting space (to save some bucks ;).
Requirements;

• web server (web hosting) running either Apache, Nginx, WinIIS, Litespeed.
• PHP 5.3 or higher (PHP 7 recommended).
• Standard PHP extensions, including GD (image resizing) and Mcrypt (login encryption).

Is there an app in the App Store that can handle that?
