Login not possible on a first connexion

Hi, sorry for this trivial question i guess...
I installed Documize with my cloudron setup, and try to login with:
- Email: admin@cloudron.local
- Password: changeme
Absolutely nothing happens when i press the "SIGN IN" button!
Tks for your help.
JB.PS:
- My version is: Documize Community 5.13.0
- i am not shure to understand "LDAP must by synced manually by the admin in the User Management page for Cloudron users to login." (actually, i understand i have to do this stuff manually once i am signed in in the app, and not from the cloudron setting panel.
Am i right?

I was not able to reproduce this issue.
With a fresh install the loginadmin@cloudron.localandchangemeworked with the login button or just pressing ENTER.
Please check your browser console and app web logs if you see any errors.
Also, worth a try to change the browser and try it there.
