Moodle 5.1 upgrade

Hello everyone,

Just a heads-up that Moodle version 5.1 has been released. It seems that the app directory structure has changed, with the introduction of a 'Public' folder. Details here : https://docs.moodle.org/501/en/Upgrading

Hopefully it won't be too tricky to manage, as I'm about to start an e-learning project this month and version 5.0.3 is already running well with a bunch of additional plugins.

Anyway, best of luck to the Cloudron team with the upcoming upgrade, and keep up the good work !
